Italiani a Tavola
Italian Tastes of Quality

Welcome to our website! BENVENUTI
If you like Italian food this is the right place for you
Here you can choose from delightful products
that we import directly from different regions of Italy.
If you have visited Italy and you want to taste again the flavours, fragrances and all the aromas of the Italian food you can easily find here the basic products of our cooking and learn how to use them in the best way.
We import specialties mainly from the south of Italy.
We are very proud to be able to offer you one of the best extra virgin olive oil produced in Apulia and from the same farm several products using the same oil: delightful artichoke hearths, sundried tomatoes or capsicum that we usually use as antipasto, with crostini or bruschetta but also to dress "cold pasta".
And it is also important to underline that every product has been made without the use of preservatives.

If you want to try the typical Apulian pasta we have "Orecchiette" to dress with one of our ready sauces or to cook as you prefer, maybe following one of the recipes that we suggest on this website or show during our cooking demonstrations.
|
We also import directly from Emilia Romagna one of the best Italian cheese: Parmigiano Reggiano (24 months mature) and Grana Padano (16 months mature) and we can have Mozzarella di Bufala (Buffalo mozzarella) and Provola Affumicata from Caserta.

Many non-Italians think Italian cooking is mainly pizza and spaghetti, but those who have travelled Italy have noticed the differences in eating habits between cities. The country's infinite variety of dishes allows Italians to create an excellent and healthy meal whether they choose to spend all the day cooking, or instead go home and prepare a simple dish of Spaghetti "aio olio e peperoncino", with its four ingredients never missing from any Italian kitchen.
